Blueberry Ice cream

- 3 large egg yolks
- 180 g sugar
- 350 ml heave cream
- 200 ml milk
- 350 g fresh berries
Directions ………………………………………………………………………………………………………
- Mix the yolks and sugar until pale.
- In a saucepan bring to the medium heat bring cream and milk to boiling point.
- Add egg yolks, combine well and cook at a medium heat until the mixture becomes thick.
- Remove from heat, let cool at room temperature and add the berries.
- Mix well, pure into the container and freeze.
