Yogurt and raspberry ice cream

- 500 g of greek yogurt
- 75 g of powdered sugar
- 150 g of raspberries
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
Directions ……………………………………………………………….
- Put the raspberries in a saucepan with the sugar cane, cook over low heat without stirring until the sugar has dissolved to form a thickish sauce with the juice of raspberries. Allow to cool completely.
- Meanwhile, mix the yogurt with sugar icing.
- Fill the molds for ice packs alternating yogurt and raspberries, place the sticks and freeze for at least 3-4 hours.
