Yogurt and raspberry ice cream

  • 500 g of greek yogurt
  • 75 g of powdered sugar
  • 150 g of raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

Directions ……………………………………………………………….

  1. Put the raspberries in a saucepan with the sugar cane, cook over low heat without stirring until the sugar has dissolved to form a thickish sauce with the juice of raspberries. Allow to cool completely.
  2. Meanwhile, mix the yogurt with sugar icing.
  3. Fill the molds for ice packs alternating yogurt and raspberries, place the sticks and freeze for at least 3-4 hours.
