    Ingredients (high desert):

    Bottom: *
    • 100 g wholemeal flour
    • 50 g cornstarch
    • 100 grams of instant oatmeal
    • 50 g sugar
    • 130 g of butter
    • 1 egg
    • pinch of salt
    Weight:
    • 2 cans (each 400 g) coconut milk *
    • 1 kg milled curd cream cheesecakes *

    • 1/2 – 3/4 cup sugar
    • 80 ml Malibu liqueur (optional)
    • 6 heaped teaspoons of powdered gelatine

    • approximately 500 – 700 g strawberries
    Weight:
      * Drain 1 cup of coconut milk, pour the remaining milk into a large bowl, add the cottage cheese, sugar and liqueur (optional), mix thoroughly.
